These Jacketed Chemostat glass reactors were produced for the Stanford University Geology Department. They are designed to mimic the interaction of oil on seawater in order to develop better methods for remediation. The temperature is maintained at a constant level via a water jacket; a continuous low flow of seawater percolates through the interior vessel. |
