Since we make virtually everything to order, and everyone wants something different, we have not indicated prices on our site. Please contact us with information about your specific need, and we will provide a formal quotation. We are always happy to take orders for glassware in any way: telephone, email, fax, mail, or personal visit. We do not, however, have online ordering.

We are flexible about how we get your specifications, but want to get it right from the start. Reference to photos in our website galleries can be helpful; please visit the galleries to see hundreds of examples of past jobs. These photos are NOT intended to be our catalog, as variations on themes are the norm. We encourage you to try our new "Image markup" feature; you can click the link in the popup window to do simple drawing and annotations on the image, then save and email it to us. You can also mark up any photo on the site, by clicking the pencil icon in the left panel. 

We understand the pace of business is fast these days, and we strive to meet your needs. Rush orders incur rush charges, on a sliding scale. Please assess your needs, rather than your desires. 

We accept purchase orders from companies who can demonstrate good credit, and universities. Our terms are Net 30. 

We accept corporate and personal credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. This is generally the best way for initial orders, one-off items, or rush orders, as it simplifies all of our transactions. When we ship your glass we will charge the order on your card with the actual shipping costs; we will email you a copy of the paid invoice. We do not use PayPal.

For foreign orders we require payment by the time of shipment, either by credit card or wire.
