Ordering
We are happy to take orders for glassware in any way: telephone, email, fax, mail, or personal visit. Within the San Francisco Bay Area, we can arrange for a representative to visit your facility.
Specifications can be communicated in all of those ways, in almost any medium from pencil sketches on paper napkins to CAD-generated technical drawings. Clarity of intent and showing critical dimensions outweigh beauty; beauty gets you bonus points. If you can tell us what you will use your glassware for, we can offer a lot of advice about design and efficiency of manufacture. If you email drawings in, we prefer pdf and jpg formats.
Everyone wants rapid service, and we strive to meet your needs. Rush orders incur rush charges, on a sliding scale. Please assess your needs, rather than your desires.
We accept purchase orders from universities, and companies who can demonstrate good credit.
We also accept corporate and personal credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. This is generally the best way for initial orders, one-off items, or rush orders, as it simplifies all of our transactions. When we ship your glass we will charge the order on your card with the actual shipping costs; we will email you a copy of the paid invoice.
